Stag and hen weekends are booked in pieces, by different people, through different sites. Mytemized takes all of it:

Not only flights

Each one is read and placed on the timeline by date and time. Anything Mytemized isn't sure about is flagged for you to check.

A weekend away is mostly everything else. Activities, restaurant bookings, accommodation, trains, ferries, taxis, car hire and parking all land on the same timeline as the flights, so Saturday afternoon is as clear as Friday's departure.

Send the group the plan, not your inbox

When it's ready, produce the itinerary as a page you can save as a PDF and drop into the group chat. It carries the timeline only: no documents, no files, and no way into your account. Changed plans? Update the trip and send the new version.

Readable when the roaming isn't

Once you've opened the trip, you can read it in airplane mode. That matters at 2am, abroad, finding the apartment address for the taxi driver.

Does everyone in the group need to sign up?

No. The organiser builds the trip and shares the itinerary as a PDF. Nobody else needs an account.

Can I add bookings other people made?

Yes. Ask them to forward their confirmation to you, or paste or photograph it yourself.

What if plans change?

Remove the old booking, send in the new confirmation, and share the updated itinerary. The original stays on file so you can see what changed.

Does Mytemized book activities or venues?

No. It organises confirmations you already have. The confirmation from the venue or airline is still the one that counts.

Is it a subscription?

No. €5.99 once per trip.

Does Mytemized book anything?

No. It organises confirmations you already have. It is not a travel agent and does not contact your airline or hotel, so their confirmation stays the one that counts.

How do I get my bookings in?

Upload a PDF, photograph a printed booking, paste the text of a confirmation, or forward the email to the private address your trip gets. On a phone you can share to Mytemized from whichever app the booking arrived in.

What if Mytemized reads something incorrectly?

Mytemized flags bookings that look uncertain or incomplete. You can correct the details, and check them against the original confirmation, which stays exactly as it arrived.

Does it work without a signal?

Yes, for reading. A trip you have already opened can be read with the phone in airplane mode, and it tells you when the copy you are looking at was saved. Adding and changing things needs a connection.

What happens to my documents?

They are stored exactly as they arrived and are never altered. You can open any of them, and you can delete one — which removes the stored original with it.

Can I share a trip with somebody?

You can produce the itinerary as a page to save as a PDF and send. It carries the timeline only — no documents, no files, and no way into your account.

What if a flight is cancelled?

Take the booking off your itinerary and send in the new confirmation. The original stays where it is, so you can still see what the first one said.

Do I pay again for the same trip?

No. One payment opens that trip and keeps it open — there is no second charge for it, and nothing renews.
